Available positions

Marketing Manager (Up to $6000)

1. Curate, manage and spearhead all aspects of guest experience and it’s related issues.

2. Visit all outlets often. Once a week or bi-weekly to do customer experience audit.

3. Pin-point areas at which each outlet can improve in any aspects of customer experience (music, decor, lighting, service, ambience, entertainment etc).

4. Spearhead projects to improve some of these aspects and to see it to completion.

5. Manage our customer experience online in our responses on social media platforms and on our Stickies online program.

6. Help manage and train the team handling any aspect of customer relations.

7. Stickies concierge, Stickies ambassadors, customer relations executive.

8. Report to the CEO directly on a weekly basis to update on progress on projects and for idea creation on how to improve the business.

9. Spearhead Stickies related events.

10. Plan, schedule and execute sales activities and activations for the year.

11. Work with social media and design department to establish online experience.

12. Any other adhoc duties assigned

Marketing Executive (Up to $4000)

  1. Manage posts and content on all social media platforms
  2. Assist with planning and execution of monthly campaigns
  3. Assist with liaisons with respective vendors and KOLs to organize marketing activities
  4. Assist with administrative matters related to the marketing department

Operations Manager (Up to $7000)

1. Oversee all matters of operations and all subordinates

2. Ensure smooth operations in all outlets especially during peak period

3. Ensure adequate staffing of all outlets for ops department

4. Ensure all licenses are updated, displayed correctly and extended to maximize company’s profits

5. Ensure all administrative matters are kept in order

6. Manager staffing for all outlets including scheduling, recruitment and training for all ops staff

7. Conduct weekly trainings with Area managers, managers and MT’s

8. Oversee all matters of operations in outlets especially during peak periods

9. Cover shifts for cases of MCs, leave or any other shortfall for Area managers

10. Manage all outlets and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines

11. Comply with all health and safety regulations

Area Manager (Up to $6000)

  1. Assist with training all managers to company’s service and quality standards
  2. Assist with recruitment of new managers and management trainees
  3. Assist with scheduling of managers and MTs
  4. Do audit checks of outlet maintenance, shortfall for staff, hygiene and aesthetics and service
  5. Assist with manager administrative work
  6. Oversee matter of operations in outlets especially during peak periods
  7. Cover shifts for cases of MCs, Leave or any other shortfall for managers or MTs

Outlet Manager (Up to $5500)

  1. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  2. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  3. Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  4. Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  5. Comply with all health and safety regulations
  6. Supervise and lead service staff in promoting food and beverage items of the outlet with the aim of increasing both revenue as well as customer satisfaction as one of your KPI target.
  7. Report to management regarding sales results and productivity
  8. Plan and assign daily workloads to operation employees
  9. Develop and enforce established policies, disciplinary actions and SOPs
  10. Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards
  11. Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe
  12. Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes
  13. Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
  14. Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
  15. Support all operations employees working in the same outlet e.g cover staff on leave, medical or absences.
  16. Overseeing admin protocols and ensuring that all data is accurately registered
  17. Any other duties assigned

Management Trainee (Up to $4300)

Job Description

As a Management Trainee, you are responsible for supporting the supervision of the outlet operations to deliver an excellent guest experience. A Management Trainee would also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks (not limited to) to the highest standards:

  • Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist outlet's management with training and development of team members
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by operation managers
  • Provide good customer service for all customers

Bar Captain (Up to $3800)

  1. Support the outlet manager in all aspects of operations
  2. Handle opening and closing procedure in POS system
  3. Oversee and roster staff for daily operations
  4. Manage all walk-ins and reservations
  5. Raise outlet requisition and stock inventory
  6. Guide and train new staff
  7. Adhere to Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  8. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by outlet managers
  9. Provide good customer service for all customers

Bar Manager (Up to $5500)

1. Train all bar and cashier staff to company’s service and quality standards

2. Assist with Recruitment and Training of new bartenders, cashiers

3. Scheduling of all bartenders and cashiers

4. Be on the ground to oversee all matters of bar operations especially during busy periods

5. Cover shifts for cases of MCs and any other shortfall of bar and cashier staff

Head Bartender (Up to $4500)

1. Train all Bartenders to company’s service and quality standards

2. Assist with recruitment and training of all Bartenders

3. Assist with scheduling of all Bartenders

4. Assist with administrative matters including recording of shifts and other Bartender related admin work

5. Be on the ground to oversee all matters of Bartender operations especially during busy periods

6. Cover shifts for cases of MCs and any other shortfall for Bartenders

Bartender (Up to $3500)

  1. Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  2. Washing and cleaning glassware
  3. Interaction with guests, take orders, serve food and drinks
  4. Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
  5. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  6. Manage and maintain accurate Stock count every night
  7. Ensure that all stocks are arranged in a neat and orderly manner
  8. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  9. Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  10. Maintain a tidy workplace
  11. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for the bar
  12. Any other duties assigned

Head Cashier (Up to $4500)

1. Train all cashiers to company’s service and quality standards

2. Assist with recruitment and training of all cashiers

3. Assist with scheduling of all cashiers

4. Assist with administrative matters including recording of shifts and other cashier related admin work

5. Be on the ground to oversee all matters of cashier operations especially during busy periods

6. Cover shifts for cases of MCs and any other shortfall for cashiers

Cashier (Up to $3500)

  1. Perform either opening or closing duties.
  2. Key in all the orders processed by the server. 
  3. Handle all daily reservations at the outlet.
  4. To receive and record cash/credit card payments and to balance against the cash register at the end of the shift
  5. Handle all cash and payments related transactions
  6. Prepare daily cash reports and balance the cash drawer
  7. Ensure the overall cleanliness of the cashier area at all times.
  8. To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the outlet manager.
  9. Provide good customer service for all customers

Senior Kitchen Crew (Up to $3500)

  1. Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
  2. Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  3. Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
  4. Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
  5. Restock and replenish food inventory and supplies
  6. Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs
  7. Disposing of rubbish
  8. Organising work station
  9. Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
  10. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for the kitchen
  11. Maintain a tidy workplace
  12. Any other duties assigned

Cleaner (Up to $3000)

  1. Sweeping and Mopping
  2. Clearing of trash
  3. Proper toilet cleaning
  4. Conduct daily inspection and carry out cleaning duties where required
  5. Achieve good hygiene standard and outlet cleanliness. To report and assist Superior as assigned on the outlet.
  6. Reports to immediate supervisor about all defects that require to repairs are carried out effectively
  7. Communicate safe usage of cleaning product and equipment’s
  8. Any other duties assigned

Beverage Specialist (Up to $4500)

  1. Manage production of all inhouse concoctions
  2. Organize dispatch of production to all outlets 
  3. Manage daily inventory and manage stock levels
  4. Ensure quality control of all the concoctions
  5. Ensure proper bottling/storage and transport of all productions
  6. Assist with costs management of production, reduce wastage
  7. Research and develop new concoctions based on company’s objectives

Facilities Supervisor (Up to $3500)

  1. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards of all outlets
  2. Conduct weekly audits to ensure hygiene and maintenance of all outlets
  3. Assist with scheduling and recording of shifts of cleaners
  4. Recruit and train facility officers
  5. Weekly training of cleaners and facility officers
  6. Help cover shifts or makeup in shortfall for staff
  7. Oversee hygiene and cleanliness standards especially for peak periods

Ecommerce Manager (Up to $6000)

  1. Oversee all matters of ecommerce website and ground operations
  2. Plan, strategize and execute monthly campaigns to meet profit targets
  3. Manage supply chain and inventory
  4. Organize drivers and handle dispatch
  5. Optimize UX and SEOs
  6. Manage budgets and assist with improving P&L for ecommerce department

Ecommerce Executive (Up to $4500)

  1. Assist with all matters of ecommerce website and ground operations
  2. Assist with execution of monthly campaigns
  3. Manage supply chain and inventory
  4. Assist with driver scheduling and dispatch
  5. Optimize UX and SEOs
  6. Manage updates of price

Fun Manager (Up to $6000)

  1. Curate every aspect of customer experience to enhance fun factor
  2. Plan, strategize and execute monthly campaigns and events to maximize fun factor
  3. Plan music playlists to enhance customer experience
  4. Plan and execute games that will enhance fun factor
  5. Engage with VIPs and Ambassadors to immerse them in a more interactive customer experience
  6. Train ops and customer relations staff to uphold fun standards without compromising service standards
  7. Work with brands to come up with fun activities for customers to engage in
  8. Maintain all fun equipment including games and any other entertainment related inventory
  9. Work with marketing team to do posts about the in-house experiences
  10. Monthly budgeting for the Fun department
  11. Recruit, train, hire or outsource all manpower required for department to meet objectives

PR Executive (Up to $3500)

  1. Enhance our VIP and ambassador program
  2. Plan monthly VIP events
  3. Update VIPs on promotions and events
  4. Plan birthday celebrations for VIPS
  5. Update all ambassadors on promotions and events
  6. Check through reservations for our ambassadors
  7. Train our Stickies girl PR program
  8. Assist with hiring for Stickies girls PR

Graphic/Video Designer (Up to $5000)

  1. Plan content with marketing team
  2. Posts content
  3. Design and edit photos and videos
  4. Plan photo and video shoots
  5. Assist team with ad designs
