Part- and Full-Time Cashier Job Description:
– Keying in of all orders sent to you
– Receiving of payment
– Issue receipt and change
– Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
– Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using cash registers
– Fill up daily sales report form
– Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for the bar
– Manage tobacco sales and inventory
– Checking of identification to ensure guests are of legal age
– Manage games and game deposits
– Greet guests entering the establishment
– Maintain a tidy workplace
– Any other duties assigned

Part- and Full-Time Bartender Job Description:
– Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
– Washing and cleaning glassware
– Interaction with guests, take orders serve food and drinks
– Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
– Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
– Stay guest focus and nurture an excellent guest experience
– Comply with all food and beverage regulations
– Maintain a tidy workplace
– Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for the bar

Full-Time Kitchen Assistant Job Description:
– Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
– Comply with all food and beverage regulations
– Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
– Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
– Restock and replenish food inventory and supplies
– Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs
– Disposing of rubbish
– Organising work station
– Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
– Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for the kitchen
– Maintain a tidy workplace
– Any other duties assigned

Full-Time Management Trainee Job Description:
As a Management Trainee, you are responsible for supporting the supervision of the outlet operations to deliver an excellent guest experience. A Management Trainee would also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks (not limited to) to the highest standards:
– Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
– Assist outlet’s management with training and development of team members
– Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by operation managers
– Provide good customer service for all customers
